Send us your architectural and structural plans and we’ll provide a comprehensive bid with applicable options noted.

We provide MO/RO for all the unit openings with 1x or 2x bucking. To ensure proper unit alignment, please provide finished floor height and finish details.
03.
After providing signed shops and the 50% material deposit, we submit your order for manufacturing.
04.
We confirm floor heights and review bucking setbacks, control line heights, MO/RO, and any opening issues. Then, we buck and waterproof the openings.
05.
We schedule a crew to install as per manufacturer specs. After we’ve installed, we walk with the builder through each opening to review and receive sign off.

06.
Once the home is completed, we make final adjustments, order any missing parts, and ensure all final punch items are completed.
